G & W Management, Inc. was started in 1986. Andrew Gionta, a co-founder had extensive
experience with a Fortune 500 Company in the area of labor and contract negotiations.
The standard for writing contracts and bid specifications is used currently by all the
G & W Management property managers.
There are thirty-six (36) full time employees in the Watertown and Hartford locations.
Each property manager is supported by an administrative assistant. At least twelve (12)
of the staff are skilled repairman who are available for emergencies and optional maintenance
work on a twenty-four (24) hour basis. According supervisors are available to meet with
Board of Directors to discuss financial issues.
It is our mission to improve property values and maintain an open line of communication
with our Association Board of Directors and its residents.
